Payment Policy — Josie's

At Josie's, we want paying to be easy and safe. The payment methods you see at checkout can differ by country. Please check which options are shown before you place your order.

1. Payment Methods

Depending on where you live, you can pay with:

- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Shop Pay

Josie's may add, change or remove payment methods at any time.

2. Payment Security

Every payment on our website goes through a secure, encrypted (SSL) connection.

Josie's does not store your card or bank details. All payments are handled by certified payment providers.

3. Payment Processing

We start on your order once your payment has gone through in full. If a payment fails or is declined, the order is not placed and nothing is shipped.

4. Refunds

If you are owed a refund under our Return Policy, we send it within 7 to 14 business days after we receive and check your returned item.

Refunds go back to the payment method you used for the order, unless we agree on another way with you or this is not technically possible. Your bank or card provider may need a few extra days to show the money in your account.
